Where? -  South Riding Spring Egg Hunt will be held on Design Center Grounds (Stonewall and Planting Field), located on Planting Field Dr, South Riding, Virginia (map it).

When? -  Saturday April 23 2011

  • Infants to 3 years- 10am
  • 4 years to 7 years- 10:45am

About the South Riding Spring Event:

South Riding Easter Egg Hunt Saturday April 23 2011Over 16,000 plastic eggs filled with candy and toys can be found and snatched up in the blink of an eye at South Riding’s Egg Hunt.

Join our resident Easter Bunny and Pete Cottontail for a fabulous Spring Egg Hunt in South Riding! Bring your basket to collect some of the thousands of eggs displayed on the lawn. Don’t be late because South Riding’s children are very quick to collect their treasures. Parents, please remember to let your child do the collecting and be considerate of others. Our bunnies love to pose for pictures so bring your cameras.

We do our very best to ensure safe, age appropriate toys and candies, but be aware they may be a choking hazard.

I compiled a list of single family fee simple detached homes that have sold in the South Riding subdivsion in Chantilly VA since hte first of the year.  There were 16 homes sold, and I included the average sales price and sellers contributions for the home sales to show you the net home sales price. This also include the average sales price, original list price, and List Price / Sales Price Ratios.  There may also be more home sales because not all new home sales are entered n to the MLS system.
